Digitize in a time of pressure on municipal budgets!

On our webinar, finance manager Nis Kasper Pedersen, Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality, will talk about how our module has freed up time, created an overview and created transparency in the work with the municipality's budget proposal in both central finance, specialist centres, the executive board and in the municipal board.

Our module digitizes and quality-assures the entire process, from the proposal being "born" in the specialist centres, processed in finance, approved by subject managers and management, until it is prioritized in the parties and processed in the negotiation rounds.

The final product is a web-accessible version of the budget proposal and result summary that can be published on the municipality's website.
