Jedox has once again achieved excellent results in this year’s “Wisdom of Crowds® Enterprise Performance Management Market Study” conducted by independent analyst firm Dresner Advisory Services. The respondents come from a wide range of geographies, functions, industries, and organization sizes.
Howard Dresner, founder and chief research officer at Dresner Advisory Services says: “The top three planning priorities in 2021 are financial budgets, cash-flow forecasting, and headcount planning,” and that these capabilities were “critical” to navigate the challenging environment of the pandemic.
Jedox maintains a perfect score for customer recommendation
The respondents were especially impressed by Jedox’s integration with third-party technology and gave Jedox a perfect recommendation score. For many respondents, integration is a crucial point with almost 50% stating that they prefer to source EPM software from a vendor that is open to working with other systems. The features for customization and administration were highlighted for their ease of use and Jedox leads in categories Customer Experience and Vendor Credibility.
