We have made a partnership with Metropol and Administration of the Church Ministry, which both have chosen Jedox to budgets and forecasts in cooperation with out Qbit State team which all have years of experience from both financial consulting and implementation of solutions.
In deciding supplier and product, Metropol implemented a comprehensive supplier process in which the market’s various providers were evaluated in terms of requirements, functionality and ease of use. Jedox was chosen as a platform and with Qbit as the best team.
Today, Metropol has several different budget tools developed in Excel. The different tools are not integrated and appears as “data islands.” Jedox has to develop a modern budget solution, where several budget modules are consolidated into a total budget for Metropol.
The solution will integrate into Navision, Navision Case Module, mTid and Qlick View. The budget solution will replace a number of manual tasks in relation to budgeting and budget follow-up. Thus, the overall administration is streamlined.
Administration of the Church Ministry has conducted a vendor assessment of Budget Solutions on the market and chose a partnership with Qbit and with Jedox as budget, planning and reporting platform. The need is to streamline and digitize workflows in connection with budget follow-up and management.
A modern and ease-of-use budget system will be introduced to support the monthly budget follow-up of the 4 educational institutions that will streamline and digitize the current Excel-based budget follow-up. With focusing on ease-of-use follow-up as well as digitized consolidation of reports and explanations.
