In our strategic goal of helping municipalities to modernize and streamline the Municipal Annual Wheel, we have developed a number of municipal standard modules that within a few weeks can digitize the many manual data, consolidation and user tasks in connection with the municipal budget work. Including the local and consolidated economy, disposition, activity and plant management as well as reporting to management and political level.
We have just delivered an Expected accounting solution to Herlev Municipality based on our municipality's standard module. After clarification of Herlev Municipality's follow-up processes and wishes for the design and appearance of the solution, we completed the implementation in 4 weeks.
The expected accounting module has integration with KMD Opus for automatic delivery of finances to the budget managers, who can user-friendly forecast and explain expectations for the development. The module automatically consolidates all reports of expectations and explanations into a single version for the municipality.
Go-live for all municipality's finance controllers was planned to take place together at Qbit in Herlev on Friday 13 March, but due to the Corona virus, the solution went live without this event.
We had planned a municipal seminar in Herlev in April and in Vejle in May, but we have chosen to postpone it due to the Corona.
